• Prepare and maintain the quality of ingredients before grilling
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the grill area and equipment
• Interact with guests during the grilling process (especially for table grill concepts like Korean BBQ)
• Work closely with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth operations
• Greet and serve guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Take and deliver orders accurately
• Explain menu items to guests
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area
• Handle guest complaints in a professional manner
