- Prepare and maintain the quality of ingredients before grilling
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the grill area and equipment
- Interact with guests during the grilling process (especially for table grill concepts like Korean BBQ)
- Work closely with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth operations
- Greet and serve guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take and deliver orders accurately
- Explain menu items to guests
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area
- Handle guest complaints in a professional manner
