General Trade Sales Manager (Mandarin Speaker)

Tanggung Jawab:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market presence and drive business growth.
• Identify and open new markets, including building distribution channels from scratch.
• Establish, manage, and maintain strong relationships with distributors and key partners.
• Monitor distributor performance to ensure achievement of sales targets and alignment with company strategy.
• Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance) to support sales operations and ensure smooth execution.
• Lead negotiations with distributors and key clients to secure business deals.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis for management review.
• Ensure proper implementation of company policies, pricing strategies, and branding in the market.
• Act as a bridge between local operations and regional/global teams, especially in Mandarin communication.

Persyaratan Pekerjaan:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Business, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales, preferably in FMCG or distribution business.
• Proven track record in opening new markets and developing distributor networks.
• Strong understanding of distribution channels, especially in general trade and/or modern trade.
• Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) is a must; English proficiency is preferred.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly target-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
• Willing to travel frequently for business development.
• Experience in handling international business or multinational environments is an advantage.
• Willing to be placed in Pantai Indah Kapuk.
