Tanggung Jawab:

• Melakukan Panggilan: Menghubungi calon pelanggan baru (cold calling) atau pelanggan lama untuk menawarkan produk dan layanan.
• Edukasi Produk: Memberikan penjelasan detail mengenai fitur, manfaat, dan harga produk kepada calon pelanggan.
• Menjawab pertanyaan, mengatasi keluhan (handling objection), dan meyakinkan pelanggan yang ragu.
• Melakukan Follow Up: Menghubungi kembali pelanggan yang sebelumnya telah menunjukkan minat untuk mendorong terjadinya pembelian (closing)
• Pendataan Pelanggan: Memperbarui database atau sistem perusahaan dengan data kontak dan status prospek terbaru.
• Penyusunan Laporan: Mencatat jumlah panggilan harian, prospek yang berhasil didapatkan, dan hasil penjualan untuk dilaporkan kepada atasan.
• Melakukan kunjungan keluar apabila di perlukan

Kualifikasi:

• Min. lulusan SMA/D3 semua jurusan
• Memiliki pengalaman min. 2th sebagai Telemarketing (industri serupa/trading alat industri)
• Berorientasi pada target dan mampu bekerja dengan tekanan
• Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik, persuasif, dan sopan dalam memberikan layanan pelanggan
• Memiliki sikap disiplin, jujur, bertanggung jawab dan berorientasi pada kepuasan pelanggan
• Memiliki sim C/ sim A
• Bisa segera bergabung
