Tanggung Jawab:
- Melakukan Panggilan: Menghubungi calon pelanggan baru (cold calling) atau pelanggan lama untuk menawarkan produk dan layanan.
- Edukasi Produk: Memberikan penjelasan detail mengenai fitur, manfaat, dan harga produk kepada calon pelanggan.
- Menjawab pertanyaan, mengatasi keluhan (handling objection), dan meyakinkan pelanggan yang ragu.
- Melakukan Follow Up: Menghubungi kembali pelanggan yang sebelumnya telah menunjukkan minat untuk mendorong terjadinya pembelian (closing)
- Pendataan Pelanggan: Memperbarui database atau sistem perusahaan dengan data kontak dan status prospek terbaru.
- Penyusunan Laporan: Mencatat jumlah panggilan harian, prospek yang berhasil didapatkan, dan hasil penjualan untuk dilaporkan kepada atasan.
- Melakukan kunjungan keluar apabila di perlukan
Kualifikasi:
- Min. lulusan SMA/D3 semua jurusan
- Memiliki pengalaman min. 2th sebagai Telemarketing (industri serupa/trading alat industri)
- Berorientasi pada target dan mampu bekerja dengan tekanan
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik, persuasif, dan sopan dalam memberikan layanan pelanggan
- Memiliki sikap disiplin, jujur, bertanggung jawab dan berorientasi pada kepuasan pelanggan
- Memiliki sim C/ sim A
