Kualifikasi

• Minimum 1 year experience in the same position or Fresh Graduate from Hospitality are welcome
• Exceptional ability to speak and communicate with clients&partners
• Organized and detail oriented with mulstitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanour
• Interest to helping the team with a variety of tasks and responsibility (especially office administration)
• Able to use Microsoft office software (excel, word,etc)
• Proficient in English (both spoken and written)
• Able to join immediately
• Able to work in Berawa-Bali

Tanggung Jawab

• Receive clients or partners at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing, and announcing information clearly and appropriately.
• Maintain and organized front desk and office
• Receive letters, documents, packages, and courier deliveries and deliver or distribute goods.
• Perform basic filing and record keeping.
• Handle DMs/comments across all our social media platforms.
• Scheduling shooting for Balitecture content.
• Contact partner for collaboration.
