Tanggung Jawab Utama
1. Lead all corporate tax matters, Preparing monthly tax payments (PPH 21, 22, 23, 25, Final tax, VAT, e-Faktur and e-SPT application etc.) on timely manner. Liaise with tax consultants and tax authorities during tax audits and inspections. Have successfully experience in tax refund. Monitor changes in Indonesian tax regulations and assess their impact on business operations.
2. Oversee daily accounting operations, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets, Inventory Accounting, and Cash Management.
3. Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing. Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation.
5. Have successfully managed tax audits and external financial audits. Support internal and external audits by providing necessary information and documentation. Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards, tax laws, and statutory requirements. Establish and improve internal control systems and financial procedures.
6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures. Assist in establishing the framework of the financial process in trans-department collaboration.
7. Cooperate with legal colleague to ensure that the financial terms in the contract are in place, safeguarding the company's interests. Maintain good communication with the bank and assist headquarter treasury supervisor opening accounts and arranging funds.
8. Lead and develop the finance and accounting team. Assign responsibilities and monitor team performance. Foster a culture of integrity, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Kualifikasi
1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2. Have working Experience minimum 4–5 years in Finance and Accounting, Rich working experience from the Big 4 and retail industry will be an great advantage. At least 1-2 years in a Financial leadership role.
3. Proficiency in Ms. Office, ERP systems (SAP, Oracle etc.) and Tax applications (DJPOnline, E-SPT, etc).
4. Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia. Good command of English (written and spoken).Mandarin proficiency is an advantage for communication with regional headquarters. Mandarin (Speaking, Reading, and Writing - HSK 5/6 equivalent) and Indonesian native is preferred.
5. Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. Excellent communication skills and result-oriented. Have the ability to establish a local financial team from scratch.
6. Be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of driving process improvements. Ability to work independently and effectively under pressure, meet tight deadlines, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
