Finance Accounting Staff

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting / Finance / management major from reputable university.
• Have at least 1 year experience as Accounting / Finance by supporting the payment process on a daily basis, verifying documents related to payment.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Proficient in processing data using Accurate Accounting System & Ms. Excel (Formula & Function]
• Understand the basics of Accounting Journals & Tax Regulation.
• Self-motivated with an ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic corporate environment.

Responsibilities:

• Operational Journal entries & posting into the Accounting System.
• Reconciliation of accounts.
• Handling daily AR/ AP transactions
• Monitoring daily bank statements.
• Monitoring and taking care of all necessary financial administration.
• Monthly financial reporting.
