Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting.
• Strong BIG 4 company background/ex Big 4 Company is "MANDATORY".
• Must be an Ex-Big 4 company / strong industry experience in Oil & Gas, Mining, or Manufacturing is required.
• Proven experience in a managerial or senior supervisory role.
• Excellent command of English (both written and spoken)
• Understands and has strong knowledge of Accounting and Taxation; holding Brevet A & B Tax Certification is an advantage.
• Able to prepare and analyze financial statements, Knowledgeable in Indonesian taxation regulations and practices.
• Proficient in using e-SPT, e-Faktur, e-PPh, and CoreTax systems.
• Understands the basic calculation of Income Tax (PPh) Articles 21, 23, 25, and 4(2).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Accurate Accounting Software.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and data analysis.
• Possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills, Up-to-date with applicable tax laws and regulations.
