Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in Fashion Design, preferably in the modest fashion industry.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative and commercially successful designs.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, or other design software.
• Strong understanding of garment construction, textiles, colors, and fashion trends.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about modest fashion.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Willing to be based in Kuningan, West Java.

Tanggung Jawab

• Design seasonal collections aligned with Neisya Hijab's brand identity and market direction.
• Develop creative concepts, sketches, technical drawings, and product specifications.
• Research global fashion trends, colors, fabrics, and customer preferences.
• Collaborate with the R&D, Production, and Purchasing teams throughout the product development process.
• Review prototypes and provide design improvements before mass production.
• Ensure all designs meet quality, functionality, and commercial objectives.
• Maintain design documentation and support continuous product innovation.
