Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in Fashion Design, preferably in the modest fashion industry.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative and commercially successful designs.
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, or other design software.
- Strong understanding of garment construction, textiles, colors, and fashion trends.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about modest fashion.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Willing to be based in Kuningan, West Java.
Tanggung Jawab
- Design seasonal collections aligned with Neisya Hijab's brand identity and market direction.
- Develop creative concepts, sketches, technical drawings, and product specifications.
- Research global fashion trends, colors, fabrics, and customer preferences.
- Collaborate with the R&D, Production, and Purchasing teams throughout the product development process.
- Review prototypes and provide design improvements before mass production.
- Ensure all designs meet quality, functionality, and commercial objectives.
- Maintain design documentation and support continuous product innovation.
