Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Multimedia, Broadcasting, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience as a Content Creator or Social Media Content Specialist.
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• Creative storyteller with strong visual sense and attention to detail.
• Familiar with content trends, platform algorithms, and audience behavior.
• Basic skills in video shooting and editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, VN, or similar).
• Strong communication, adaptability, and collaboration skills.
• Willing to be based in Kuningan, West Java.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and publish engaging short-form video content across social media platforms.
• Research trends, audience insights, and competitor content to identify new opportunities.
• Develop creative concepts aligned with brand identity and marketing objectives.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Live Commerce, and Design teams to execute content campaigns.
• Analyze content performance and optimize strategies based on insights and KPIs.
• Ensure content quality, consistency, and timely delivery across all platforms.
• Stay updated with platform trends, features, and best practices to maximize audience engagement.
