As a subsidiary of Indomobil Group, Hongqi continues to expand its presence in Indonesia, delivering a refined and exclusive brand experience.
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and proactive individuals to join our team as Event (BTL) & Admin Staff to support our marketing events and promotional activities.

Tanggung Jawab:

• Assist and follow up on the preparation of event concepts and marketing activity plans (events, launchings, etc.)
• Coordinate with vendors, event organizers (EO), and related parties to ensure events run according to plan
• Support promotional activities at dealerships, mall exhibitions, automotive events, and other BTL activities
• Prepare promotional materials such as brochures, banners, backdrops, and merchandise
• Collect and manage potential customer data gathered during events

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related field (fresh graduates are welcome)
• Experience in event coordination or marketing support is a plus
• Energetic, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good organizational and coordination skills
• Able to work with vendors and external partners
• Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Basic English skills; Mandarin is a plus
