As a subsidiary of Indomobil Group, Hongqi is growing its presence in Indonesia and building a strong premium brand image.
To support our growing business, we are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Digital, CRM & Social Media Supervisor.

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan:

• Manage digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads
• Maintain company website and update product information
• Handle and monitor company social media accounts
• Manage CRM system and customer database
• Follow up and convert leads into sales opportunities
• Create customer engagement and loyalty programs (email, SMS, CRM)
• Support digital marketing campaigns with the marketing team
• Design visual content for social media, website, and marketing materials
• Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines and maintain a premium image

Persyaratan Pekerjaan:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Design, or related field
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing, CRM, and social media management
• Experience in managing customer data and lead generation
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate and improve campaign performance
• Strong understanding of visual branding and digital content trends
• Familiar with CRM systems and digital marketing tools
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work in a team
• Good communication skills and customer relationship skills
• Basic design skills (Adobe or similar tools)
• Basic English skills ; Mandarin is an advantage
