Tentang Peran:
We are seeking an Engineering Daily Worker to join our maintenance and facilities team at Valstar Hotel in Badung, Bali. This is a full-time position based on-site at our property. The Engineering Daily Worker plays a vital role in supporting the daily operations and upkeep of the hotel's infrastructure, ensuring all systems, facilities and equipment are maintained to the highest standards. This hands-on position is essential to the smooth functioning of the hotel and directly contributes to the comfort and safety of our guests and staff.

Tanggung Jawab Utama:

• Performing routine maintenance and inspection of hotel facilities, including HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems and structural components.
• Responding promptly to maintenance requests from guest rooms, common areas and back-of-house facilities.
• Conducting preventative maintenance tasks to minimise equipment downtime and extend asset lifespan.
• Assisting with the repair and replacement of fixtures, fittings and building components as required.
• Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs completed and materials used.
• Supporting the senior engineering team with projects and facility improvements.
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety and environmental standards in all maintenance activities.
• Communicating effectively with housekeeping, operations and management teams regarding facility status.
• Performing general grounds maintenance and outdoor facility upkeep.

Yang Kami Cari:

• Proven experience working in a maintenance or facilities role, ideally within the hospitality industry.
• Sound knowledge of basic building systems, including plumbing, electrical and HVAC.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A commitment to health and safety standards and best practices.
• Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labour, including lifting and climbing.
• Reliability and a strong work ethic.
• Relevant technical certifications or training in building maintenance would be advantageous.
• Flexibility to respond to maintenance needs across various shifts as required.
