Electrical Engineer
Tanggung Jawab Utama:
- Review electrical drawings, technical specifications, equipment schedules, and system architecture to identify design omissions, discipline conflicts, and construction risks.
- Manage the installation and technical execution of medium- and low-voltage power distribution systems, transformers, UPS systems, batteries, busway systems, PDUs, switchboards, cables, and grounding systems.
- Review and verify Shop Drawings, coordinated MEP drawings, equipment foundation drawings, cable routing drawings, grounding system drawings, and As-Built Drawings.
- Inspect electrical installations to ensure compliance with PUIL, SNI, IEC standards, client requirements, and equipment manufacturers' specifications.
- Coordinate technical interfaces among PLN, local consultants, design firms, equipment suppliers, testing agencies, and on-site construction teams.
- Supervise cable tray installation, cable laying, cable termination, cable identification, insulation resistance testing, high-voltage testing, grounding tests, and circuit verification.
- Inspect the installation quality and protection conditions of switchboards, UPS systems, battery banks, busway systems, and control systems.
- Organize concealed work inspections, work package inspections, pre-energization inspections, and defect rectification activities.
- Participate in Data Center Level 1 to Level 5 testing and commissioning activities, including equipment inspections, pre-functional testing, integrated system testing, load testing, and fault simulation.
- Coordinate with BMS, Fire Protection, Mechanical, Automation, Communication, and Security teams to verify interfaces, interlock logic, and control point testing.
- Conduct technical briefings for electrical construction crews and ensure work is performed in accordance with approved drawings, method statements, and safety procedures.
- Monitor site progress, material requirements, and construction resource allocation.
- Support local electrical inspections, testing, acceptance procedures, and preparation of all required certification documents.
Kompetensi Lokal Utama:
- Thorough understanding of Indonesian PUIL, SNI, and local electrical installation practices.
- Familiar with PLN utility connection procedures and coordination with local electrical contractors, testing agencies, and equipment suppliers.
- Knowledge of commonly used electrical brands, cable manufacturers, distribution equipment, and spare parts suppliers in the Indonesian market.
- Able to coordinate effectively with local contractors, suppliers, and inspection authorities in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and electrical testing instruments.
- Previous experience in electrical construction and commissioning for data centers, hospitals, semiconductor facilities, or large industrial projects is preferred.
Alokasi Posisi:
- Electrical Engineer 1: Responsible for medium-voltage and low-voltage systems, transformers, diesel generators, and UPS systems.
- Electrical Engineer 2: Responsible for final power distribution, cable systems, grounding systems, lighting systems, testing, and commissioning.
