Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms Shopee, TikTok and Tokopedia
• Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and sales.
• Plan, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.) to maximize ROI.
• Analyze store traffic, sales data, and customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Warehouse, Design) to ensure seamless execution of e-commerce strategies.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to recommend innovative e-commerce sales solutions.
• Track, measure, and report on key performance metrics; providing actionable insights for strategy adjustment.

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in any major.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce with proven track record of managing and optimizing e-commerce platforms and digital marketing campaigns.
• Experience handling team (plus point).
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven approach to decision-making.
• In-depth knowledge of: Ecommerce Ads data and Analytics, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Social Media Marketing, E-commerce Platforms (Shopee/TikTok Shop/Tokopedia).
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Willing to WFO in Pluit North Jakarta.
