• Manage end-to-end e-commerce operations across marketplaces such as Shopee, TikTok Shop, Tokopedia, and other online platforms.
• Monitor product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory to ensure optimal store performance.
• Plan and execute sales campaigns to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
• Analyze sales performance, customer behavior, and marketplace trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Creative, Warehouse, and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Optimize product visibility through SEO, campaign participation, and marketplace tools.
• Monitor competitor activities and recommend strategies to improve sales performance.
• Prepare regular reports on sales, traffic, conversion rates, and campaign performance.
• Resolve operational issues related to orders, logistics, and marketplace policies.
• Continuously improve the customer shopping experience and overall store performance.

Persyaratan

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace management.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of Shopee, TikTok Shop, Tokopedia, and other e-commerce platforms.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and data analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Passionate about e-commerce and staying updated with the latest marketplace trends.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and paid advertising (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads) is an advantage.
