Tentang Peran
We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy E-Commerce & Reservation Specialist to manage our online distribution channels and day-to-day reservation operations for Zen Luxury Complex. This is a hands-on role covering everything from setting up and maintaining OTA listings to managing bookings and ensuring a seamless reservation process for guests. This is a great opportunity to be part of building a brand-new luxury property from the ground up.

Tanggung Jawab

• Set up and manage property listings across OTA platforms including Booking.com, Airbnb, Agoda, Expedia, and other distribution channels
• Ensure listing content (photos, descriptions, amenities, policies) is accurate, complete, and optimized across all platforms
• Manage day-to-day reservations from OTAs, direct bookings, WhatsApp, and email
• Monitor and update room/villa availability in real time to avoid double bookings
• Process booking confirmations, send guest confirmations/vouchers, and manage deposits/payments
• Coordinate with Front Office and Housekeeping to ensure booking details align with operational readiness
• Handle booking amendments, cancellations, and guest inquiries related to reservations
• Monitor listing performance and guest reviews across OTA platforms, flagging issues that need attention
• Assist with basic rate updates as directed by management
• Produce regular booking and occupancy reports for management review

Kualifikasi

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in reservations, OTA management, or e-commerce within hospitality (hotel, villa, or serviced apartment preferred)
• Familiar with OTA extranets (Booking.com, Airbnb, Agoda, Expedia) and listing setup
• Experience with PMS or Channel Manager tools (e.g. Cloudbeds, SiteMinder) is a strong advantage
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple bookings/channels simultaneously
• Good written and spoken English for guest communication
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, still-developing pre-opening environment
• Honest, responsible, and able to work independently
