About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Digital Marketing professional to join our team at Blantara Travel in Jakarta Utara. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in driving our online presence and digital engagement strategies. As a Digital Marketing specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns, including social media content across multiple digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Work with the marketing team to develop, plan, and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels including social media, email marketing and other advertising.
• Create, design and manage engaging content for the company's social media channel to increase brand visibility and customer engagement
• Conduct research on social media trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to generate relevant and engaging content ideas.
• Ensure all digital content aligns with the company's brand identity, tone of voice, and branding guidelines.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of digital content using data and insights, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Stay up to date with digital marketing and social media trends to identify new opportunities and implement innovative strategies.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, graphic design, or related field is preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media, Brand Marketing, or Content Strategy, preferably from luxury industries.
• Strong understanding of brand development strategies across digital platforms.
• Highly creative with the ability to generate innovative content ideas and marketing campaigns.
• Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills in English
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with the luxury travel industry, or other luxury industries is highly desirable
• Experience with graphic design tools is a major plus
