Customer Service and Pricing (Senior Staff) Forwarding for CIF Shipments
Job Description Pricing and Sales Inhouse :
- Experience in CIF and FOB SHIPMENTS. CIF is preferable.
- Look for FREIGHT RATE, schedule and booking DO as per customer request.
- Arrange for shipment.
- Collaborate with trucking division.
- Monitor & Tracking the trucking/shipment from customer's warehouse till arrive at destination port for all shipments.
- Do final SI, submit VGM, draft BL (for back up Document Staff in urgent condition).
- Have experience minimum 4 years in handling Customer Service Export with CIF shipments in Forwarding.
- REPORT to Marketing Manager/Director for every shipment running and to be, especially shipment problem, by active verbal or email.
- Career path is available for Selling Ocean Freight to shippers or agents and get extra income.
Requirement :
- Live near Kelapa Gading,
- Can do mulitasking and underpressure,
- Usually handle CIF Shipments.
- Good character, fighter, fast learner.
