Customer Service and Pricing (Senior Staff) Forwarding for CIF Shipments

Job Description Pricing and Sales Inhouse :

• Experience in CIF and FOB SHIPMENTS. CIF is preferable.
• Look for FREIGHT RATE, schedule and booking DO as per customer request.
• Arrange for shipment.
• Collaborate with trucking division.
• Monitor & Tracking the trucking/shipment from customer's warehouse till arrive at destination port for all shipments.
• Do final SI, submit VGM, draft BL (for back up Document Staff in urgent condition).
• Have experience minimum 4 years in handling Customer Service Export with CIF shipments in Forwarding.
• REPORT to Marketing Manager/Director for every shipment running and to be, especially shipment problem, by active verbal or email.
• Career path is available for Selling Ocean Freight to shippers or agents and get extra income.

Requirement :

• Live near Kelapa Gading,
• Can do mulitasking and underpressure,
• Usually handle CIF Shipments.
• Good character, fighter, fast learner.
