PT. Guna Solusindo Utama (known as YARD Financial Solutions) are seeking an experienced Customer Service to join the dynamic team. This full-time position is based in Badung, Bali, and will be responsible for providing comprehensive accounting and administrative support to the company's client.

Apa yang akan Anda lakukan

• Provide clients with information regarding the company's products, services, pricing, and procedures in accordance with applicable policies.
• Respond to client inquiries and complaints, and provide initial solutions in accordance with the company's Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Escalate client issues to the relevant department when they are beyond the scope of authority.
• Request the necessary information or documentation from clients to support the service process.
• Follow up with clients regarding the status of their requests, complaints, or ongoing service processes.
• Access and update client information in the system in accordance with the assigned access rights.
• Schedule or coordinate meetings, services, or site visits based on operational requirements.
• Coordinate with the relevant departments to ensure the timely and effective resolution of client issues.

Apa yang kami cari

• Graduated from S1 Ilmu Komunikasi, Hubungan International, Manajemen, Administrasi Bisnis/Niaga, Pariwisata& Hospitality Management
• Has experience As Customer Service, Client Relation,Front Office min 1 Year.
• Customer-focused.
• Strong time management skills.
• Minimum proficiency in English (demonstrated by a TOEFL score equivalent to CEFR B1–B2 level) and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Understanding of administrative processes and procedures.
• Experienced in organizing and managing documents.
• Preferable has experience at Front Office at hospitality
