Ringkasan Pekerjaan:
Responsible for managing the procurement and sourcing of food ingredients, beverages, packaging, and operational supplies for culinary operations. This role ensures product quality, competitive pricing, supplier performance, and product availability while supporting menu development and business profitability.

Tanggung Jawab Utama:

• Manage purchasing activities for food, beverage, packaging, and kitchen operational supplies.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best quality, pricing, and service.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers.
• Monitor market trends, commodity prices, and competitor offerings.
• Collaborate with Executive Chef, Operations, and Finance to support menu planning and cost optimization.
• Ensure timely procurement to maintain optimal inventory levels and prevent stock shortages.
• Analyze purchasing data, food costs, and supplier performance.
• Ensure all purchased products comply with company quality standards and food safety regulations.
• Prepare purchasing reports, forecasts, and budget monitoring.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising product quality.
• Resolve supplier issues related to quality, delivery, or pricing.
• Lead and develop the buying team while ensuring compliance with company procurement policies.

Persyaratan:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Hospitality, Food Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Buyer/Purchasing in the Food & Beverage, Hospitality, Restaurant, Catering, or Retail industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or assistant manager level.
• Strong knowledge of food ingredients, beverage products, packaging materials, and supplier management.
• Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Strong analytical and cost control capabilities.
• Familiar with procurement systems, ERP, and Microsoft Excel.
• Good understanding of inventory management and demand forecasting.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Fluent in English is an advantage.

Kualifikasi yang Diutamakan:

• Experience handling imported food products and international suppliers.
• Knowledge of HACCP, food safety standards, and quality assurance.
• Experience in multi-outlet restaurant or supermarket operations is highly preferred.
