Key Responsibilities

• Execute CRM and loyalty campaigns to drive customer engagement and retention.
• Manage personalized communications across Email, SMS, WhatsApp, App Push, and other CRM channels.
• Monitor and optimize automated customer journeys and triggered campaigns.
• Coordinate campaign planning, execution, and deployment with internal teams and agencies.
• Track campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable insights.
• Manage campaign timelines, stakeholder communications, and project deliverables.
• Escalate operational issues, risks, and compliance concerns when required.
• Support administrative processes including invoices, payment submissions, documentation, and contract management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in CRM, Loyalty, Digital Marketing, or Campaign Management.
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
