Deskripsi Pekerjaan
As a Cook & Pizza Maker, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes and authentic pizzas while maintaining consistency, food safety, and kitchen efficiency.

Tanggung Jawab Utama

• Prepare and cook menu items according to company recipes and quality standards.
• Prepare, stretch, top, and bake pizzas with consistency and attention to detail.
• Ensure all food is presented to the highest quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
• Monitor food stock and assist with inventory control.
• Ensure proper food storage and FIFO procedures are followed.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Assist in menu development and recipe improvements when required.
• Maintain kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues.
• Support other kitchen sections during busy service periods.

Kualifikasi

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Cook or Pizza Maker in a restaurant, cafe, or hotel.
• Experience operating gas, or electric pizza ovens.
• Good understanding of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Able to work efficiently under pressure.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Positive attitude, disciplined, and responsible.
• Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Passionate about hospitality and delivering excellent guest experiences.
