Kualifikasi

• Final-year students or fresh graduates from any major (Communication, Marketing, Business, or related fields are preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Active on social media and interested in community engagement.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
• Previous experience in organizations, communities, or event committees is a plus.

Tanggung Jawab

• Manage and respond to community interactions through social media, direct messages, and WhatsApp Groups.
• Assist in planning and creating content to increase community engagement.
• Identify and connect with external communities (universities, professional associations, SMEs, etc.) for collaboration opportunities.
• Support loyalty programs, member engagement, and alumni community activities.
• Collect and summarize community feedback to support marketing strategies.
• Assist with daily community development activities.
• Prepare regular reports on community activities and engagement performance.
