Persyaratan:

Bachelor of Computer Science/Information Engineering/Information System
3-5 years experience as Network Enterprises Engineer
Preferred having knowledge on computer networking, hardware, software, documentation, and Project Delivery.
Proven experiences with Network Security & Enterprises Network Solution
Certified with Network Product (CCNA/CCNP) & Network security (NSE) is a Plus
Willing to travel around Indonesia If needed

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

Identify & Analyze Infrastructure Problems at All Clients Site
Create Documentation for re-configuration devices for troubleshooting solution
Performs maintenance and support end to end solution assistance on various and diverse hardware and software
Collaborate with supporting Teams to fix client troubleshooting
Coordinate RMA plan, troubleshooting Follow up, and delivery sparepart devices.
