Persyaratan:

• Bachelor of Computer Science/Information Engineering/Information System
• 3-5 years experience as Network Enterprises Engineer
• Preferred having knowledge on computer networking, hardware, software, documentation, and Project Delivery.
• Proven experiences with Network Security & Enterprises Network Solution
• Certified with Network Product (CCNA/CCNP) & Network security (NSE) is a Plus
• Willing to travel around Indonesia If needed
• Penempatan: JAKARTA

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Identify & Analyze Infrastructure Problems at All Clients Site
• Create Documentation for re-configuration devices for troubleshooting solution
• Performs maintenance and support end to end solution assistance on various and diverse hardware and software
• Collaborate with supporting Teams to fix client troubleshooting
• Coordinate RMA plan, troubleshooting Follow up, and delivery sparepart devices.
