The Chief Security is responsible for leading and managing the overall security operations to ensure a safe, secure, and comfortable environment for all guests, employees, visitors, and company assets. This role requires strong leadership, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to develop and implement effective security procedures in line with company standards. The Chief Security will oversee the Security Team, monitor daily operations, manage security risks, and ensure compliance with safety and security regulations. The role also involves coordinating with internal departments, external parties, and relevant authorities when required.

Tanggung Jawab Utama:

• Lead, supervise, and manage the Security Team to ensure effective daily operations.
• Develop, implement, and maintain security policies, procedures, and emergency response plans.
• Monitor and evaluate security risks, incidents, and preventive actions.
• Ensure the safety and security of guests, employees, visitors, and company properties.
• Conduct regular security briefings, training, and performance evaluations for the Security Team.
• Coordinate with government authorities, police, and external security partners when necessary.
• Handle security incidents, investigations, and prepare incident reports.
• Manage security schedules, manpower planning, and team discipline.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and applicable regulations.
• Support emergency preparedness and crisis management procedures.

Persyaratan:

• Minimum experience in a Security leadership role, preferably as Chief Security/Security Manager in hospitality, commercial, or corporate environments.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good knowledge of security procedures, safety standards, and emergency response.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work under pressure and make effective decisions during emergencies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and high level of responsibility.
• Good relationship with external authorities is an advantage.
