Pendidikan & Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field).
- Professional certification or engineering license is advantageous; certification in safety, fire systems, or building management preferred.
- Willing to be place in Mangga Besar, Tamansari, Jakarta Barat
Pengalaman
- Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering or maintenance, preferably in the hospitality or hotel industry.
- At least 3-5 years in a supervisory or managerial position.
- Experience in managing hotel facilities, maintenance programs, and engineering teams.
Keterampilan Teknis
- Strong knowledge of building systems including HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, fire safety systems, and mechanical equipment.
- Experience in preventive maintenance programs and facility management.
- Familiar with energy management systems and cost control.
- Knowledge of local safety regulations and building codes.
Kepemimpinan & Kompetensi
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to plan, organize, and supervise engineering and maintenance operations.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
Komunikasi
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to coordinate with other departments and external contractors.
- Proficiency in English communication is preferred.
