JOB OPENING — Cook Bambou Café | Cemagi, Bali
Bambou Café is hiring a Cook. We're looking for someone organised, consistent, and motivated to grow with our kitchen team.

THE ROLE:

• Work alongside the Kitchen Supervisor on all daily kitchen operations — prep, service, and close
• Execute dishes consistently to recipe standard — correct portion, plating, and garnish every time
• Maintain your station and follow all hygiene and FIFO standards
• Learn the full menu — ingredients, methods, allergens, and presentation
• Work toward independently covering the kitchen
• Participate in monthly inventory counts and the monthly deep cleaning

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Minimum 1 year experience in a professional kitchen — café, restaurant, or any food service
• Clean, organised, and attentive — you take pride in your prep and your station
• Motivated to learn and grow — this role has a clear development path
• Reliable and consistent — same quality every day, not just when someone is watching
• Good communicator with the team — you flag issues early, not late
• Based in or willing to travel to Cemagi, Bali
