- Execute the market development including identifying business opportunities, customer prospecting, sales pitching and client acquisition.
- Build and nurture strong networks with prospective clients, industry partners, and key decision-makers.
- Manage commercial terms, including payment offers and billing coordination, ensuring alignment with company policies.
- Maintain long-term client relationships through consistent engagement and strategic account management.
- Conduct post-event evaluations and client-side debriefs to assess satisfaction and identify future opportunities.
- Deliver after-sales support, including comprehensive event performance reports and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform Business Development strategy and positioning.
Persyaratan Utama
- Minimum 2–3 years of working experience in Event/Activation Services (agency preferred).
- Strong business development or B2B sales experience with a proven track record.
- Demonstrated success in acquiring and navigating client challenges with agility.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-driven, creative thinker with a proactive approach to identifying new opportunities.
- Confident presenter with the ability to pitch ideas and proposals effectively.
- Able to work and thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Experience managing niche client portfolios or specialized industry desks is a strong advantage.
