Business Development Executive – IT, Networking & Servers (Indonesia)

PowerLeader Technology Indonesia is an established supplier of genuine Cisco networking equipment, optical modules and server hardware, with operations in China and an established sales team in the Philippines. We are now expanding into Indonesia — and you would be our founding team member here, backed by a proven business and supply chain.
Location: Jakarta (field + office) · Full-time · Salary: Rp 9,000,000 – 15,000,000/month (by experience) + performance commission.

Tentang Peran
We want a driven professional to help us understand the Indonesian market, build B2B relationships, and grow sales of genuine Cisco switches, SFP/optical modules, servers and storage. You'll be our eyes, ears and voice on the ground — and as we grow, you grow into a team-lead role.

Apa yang akan Anda lakukan

  • Map the local market: distributors, resellers, system integrators, ELV contractors, ISPs, data centers.
  • Build relationships and close B2B deals (Mangga Dua/Glodok trade, SIs, contractors) via visits, WhatsApp and meetings.
  • Sell our range: Cisco switches, SFP/optical modules, servers, storage & related hardware.
  • Gather market intelligence: pricing, demand, competitors, procurement landscape.
  • Bridge communication between our team and local partners/customers.
  • Support quotations, invoicing (faktur) and after-sales.

Harus Dimiliki (Inti)

  • Indonesian national, bachelor's degree.
  • 2+ years in IT sales, distribution, or system integration.
  • Working knowledge of BOTH networking AND server hardware — e.g. Cisco switches, SFP/optical modules, servers, storage/RAM.
  • Good English for daily communication with our team.
  • Proactive, happy to do fieldwork, hungry to grow.

Nilai Tambah (Bonus)

  • Existing network in the local IT trade (Mangga Dua/Glodok, SIs, contractors).
  • Mandarin Chinese.
  • B2B/tender/e-katalog experience.

  • Rp 9–15 juta base (by experience) + performance commission — real, uncapped upside on the deals you close.
  • Founding member of our Indonesia operation; grow into a team-lead / country role as we scale.
