1. Key Responsibilities

A. Client Development & Acquisition (30%)

• Search for and proactively approach potential customers, especially brands on e-commerce platforms (TikTok Shop - 80%, Shopee - 20%).
• Build relationships with medium to large enterprise clients to expand collaboration opportunities.
• Propose collaboration opportunities, arrange meetings via email, phone, or in person.

B. Consulting & Negotiation & Contracting (30%)

• Work directly with clients to understand their business needs and propose suitable, optimized solutions.
• Take full ownership of negotiations, closing deals, and drafting service contracts with clients.
• Ensure all agreements are aligned with business objectives and compliance standards.

C. Client Relationship Management (10%)

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring long-term cooperation and satisfaction.
• Support Key Account Management to resolve issues during collaboration if relevant to the prior dealing.
• Follow up with potential clients who have shown interest to nurture them into long-term partners.

D. Revenue Growth & Market Development (30%)

• Drive sales growth through strategic business development activities.
• Monitor and meet assigned revenue targets (monthly, quarterly, annually).
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, client needs, and competitor activities.
• Support onboarding of customers from e-commerce platforms into Ecomobi’s system.

2. Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or related fields.

Experience:

• 3–5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Partnerships in relevant industries (Marketing Agency, Affiliate, Livestream, E-commerce, or Technology).
• Direct B2B sales experience in services or consulting is strongly preferred.

Skills:

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Planning, market research, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
• Strategic mindset and ability to perform under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); CRM tools is a plus.
• Good English communication skills (verbal & written).

• Flexible time: 9AM – 6PM (7,5 hours/day From Monday to Friday)
