Business Compliance Specialist

As a Business Compliance Specialist, you will develop and strengthen business processes by managing SOP, ensuring compliance, driving process improvements, and supporting operational excellence across the organization.

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop, review, and standardize Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Work Instructions (WI), and other internal policies.
• Conduct periodic compliance reviews and verify adherence to SOPs across departments.
• Manage Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) by identifying process gaps, tracking action plans, and ensuring timely resolution.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and optimize business workflows to create faster, simpler, and more scalable operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, to drive process automation and business system enhancements.
• Establish and maintain governance documents, including authorization matrices, approval workflows, and organizational hierarchy.
• Lead the communication, implementation, monitoring, and reporting of SOPx, policies, and business improvement initiatives.
• Partner with stakeholders across departments to strengthen business compliance and drive a culture of continuous improvement.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Compliance, Internal Audit, SOP Management, Process Improvement, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of SOP development, compliance monitoring, internal controls, and business process governance.
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments.
• Experienced in preparing documentation, compliance reports, and monitoring the implementation of business processes and improvement initiatives.
• Familiarity with risk management, Lean, Six Sigma, or business process automation will be an advantage.
