Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in branding/marketing (experience in retail F&B or FMCG is a plus)
• Proven experience in leading a team
• Strong understanding of brand strategy and consumer behavior
• Excellent communication skills, creative, and analytical thinking
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in English (both spoken and written)
• Familiar with Meta Ads, Google Sheets, Google Slides, and TikTok Studio

Job Description

• Develop and execute branding strategies aligned with the brand positioning in the retail F&B market
• Oversee the implementation of brand identity across all channels (store, packaging, digital, and campaigns)
• Ensure consistency of brand experience across all outlets (visual, tone, and customer journey)
• Collaborate with Operations and Product Development teams for campaigns and new product launches
• Analyze brand performance (awareness, engagement, foot traffic, and sales impact) and provide strategic insights
• Manage and supervise the branding/design team (if any)
• Develop creative campaigns (seasonal promotions, new menu launches, festive campaigns)
• Conduct competitor analysis and monitor F&B retail industry trends
• Control and manage branding budgets effectively and efficiently
• Ensure visual merchandising standards across all outlets align with brand guidelines
