Tentang Peran
As Chief Marketing Officer, you will be the driving force behind Gratyo® Indonesia organic marketing & branding strategies, with a strong focus on insightful customer-centric executions. You will lead the Leads Generation Team in executing strategies with excellence and delivering exponential growth for the company.

Persyaratan:

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in Senior Management, with proven leadership & achievement in national or multionational companies, preferably but not limited to business services or management consulting firms such as Mckinsey, Accenture, or other significant companies.
• Background in Management Consulting, Education & Training to B2C, Business Services, or premium high end Consumer Goods.
• Proven track record in achieving exponential growth through organic marketing strategies.
• Strong expertise in brand positioning for intangible (service-based) products.
• Customer-centric mindset with many insightful experiences in B2C market.
• A visionary & situational leader with strong strategies into action with excellent executions.
• This role will be based at Gratyo® Headquarters – Mall of Indonesia Office Complex, North Jakarta.
• This Chief Marketing Officer position is also open to candidates with experience or interest in roles such as Brand & Marketing Director, Marketing Director, Head of Marketing & Branding, Country Marketing Manager, General Manager Marketing, VP of Marketing, Head of Growth, Growth Director, Brand Director, Commercial Director, Chief Growth Officer (CGO), and Business Director.

Tanggung Jawab:

• Strategic: Develop, lead & implement Gratyo’s marketing strategy to drive exponential growth and align with business goals.
• Brand Management: Build and position Gratyo’s brand for optimal impact and customer loyalty.
• Go-to-Market: Lead integrated marketing campaigns, including digital strategies and online campaigns, as well as events and offline channels to acquire, activate, and retain customers.
• Market Insight & Analytics: Analyze consumer trends and market data to identify opportunities and optimize strategies.
• Budget & ROI Management: Manage marketing budget effectively while tracking KPIs and reporting campaign ROI.
