Sparks Music is looking for a Center Manager/Branch Manager to oversee our operations and help us expand our impact. This role is perfect for someone with strong sales expertise, excellent people management skills, and the ability to inspire a team to achieve great results.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee daily operational activities at the Center
• Achieve sales targets and drive Center growth
• Manage the team, evaluate performance, provide coaching, and build a positive workplace culture
• Prepare accurate reports on Center performance, finances, class activities, and marketing initiatives
• Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain strong relationships with members

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 2–3 years of experience in a similar role (experience in the same industry is a strong plus)
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
• Sales and persuasion expertise
• Proficiency in CRM systems and office software
• Willingness to support marketing events on weekends
