Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Develop and execute regional business strategies to achieve revenue, sales, and market share targets.
- Conduct market analysis to identify industry trends, regulatory developments, and competitive opportunities.
- Build, manage, and grow strategic channel partner ecosystems.
- Develop partner programs, business plans, performance management, and capability development initiatives.
- Drive customer segmentation strategies and manage key Commercial & Industrial accounts.
- Lead go-to-market strategies for new product launches and regional marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen product competitiveness and market positioning.
- Support industry engagement and policy advocacy to promote distributed solar energy solutions.
- Build and lead a high-performing business development team while driving operational excellence.
Persyaratan Pekerjaan:
- Bachelor's Degree or above in Business Management, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the Energy industry, preferably in Solar Photovoltaic (PV) with strong knowledge of Residential and Commercial & Industrial markets.
- Proven experience in channel development, strategic partnerships, and commercial negotiations.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proactive, results-driven, and able to work in a dynamic business environment.
- Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
