Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages according to company recipes and standards.
• Provide friendly, efficient, and professional service to guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
• Monitor bar stock and ensure proper handling of ingredients and equipment.
• Follow company SOPs, hygiene, and food safety standards.
• Support smooth daily bar operations and work collaboratively with the service team.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Bartender is required (minimum Daily Worker experience preferred).
• Basic knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer, wine, and beverage preparation.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Well-groomed, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
