Responsibilities

• Handle daily production administration and documentation.
• Input and update production data accurately.
• Monitor production progress and prepare daily/weekly reports.
• Coordinate with the production team, warehouse, and other related departments.
• Maintain records of raw materials, work orders, and finished goods.
• Ensure all production documents are complete and well organized.

Requirements

• Minimum SMA/SMK graduate; Diploma/Bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as an Admin, preferably in the garment or fashion industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Responsible, disciplined, and willing to learn.
