• Supervise daily bar operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Lead, train, and motivate bartenders and bar staff.
• Ensure all beverages are prepared and served according to company standards and recipes.
• Monitor stock levels, conduct inventory checks, and coordinate beverage orders.
• Control beverage costs, minimize wastage, and prevent stock discrepancies.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the bar area.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company regulations.
• Handle guest complaints and provide excellent customer service.
• Prepare staff schedules and manage daily manpower requirements.
• Monitor cash handling and beverage sales transactions.
• Developing new drink menus and promotions.
• Conduct regular briefings and performance evaluations for bar staff.
• Ensure all equipment is functioning properly and report maintenance issues.
• Monitor beverage quality and consistency at all times.
• Assist in achieving revenue targets and improving guest satisfaction.
