Assistan Manager Finnance & Accounting

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
• Responsible for accounts payable and accounts receivable management, including invoice processing, reconciliations and following up on outstanding payments
• Support the month-end and year-end close processes, including the preparation of journal entries, bank reconciliations and other accounting tasks
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of financial policies, procedures and internal controls
• Provide support in the preparation of budgets, forecasts and financial analysis to aid business decision-making
• Assist with the coordination and completion of internal and external audits
• Liaise with cross-functional teams to provide financial reporting and support
• Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting regulations and best practices
• Review daily journal voucher and monthly tax report
• Prepare company's annual budget
• Understanding ekspor & Import

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
• CA / CAP certificates
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar finance or accounting role, preferably in the manufacturing industry
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, accounting principles and Indonesian accounting standards
• Proficient in the use of financial software and Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide insights
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
• Proven 2 – 4 years of work experience in manufacturing industry and/or as Auditor at KAP would be an advantage.
