Tanggung Jawab Utama
- Develop and execute area sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Lead, coach, and monitor the performance of Sales Executives and Sales Promotion Teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and business partners.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned area.
- Monitor sales orders, stock availability, and product delivery to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure timely collection and payment from dealers.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to improve sales performance.
- Coordinate with internal departments to support sales operations and customer satisfaction.
- Drive continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with company policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Sales, preferably in the Retail, FMCG, Home Living, Furniture, Mattress, or Premium Consumer Goods industry.
- Proven experience leading and developing a sales team.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Experience in dealer management and business development.
- Willing to travel within the assigned area.
- Able to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
