Area Manager (Jakarta & Bali)
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple outlets, ensuring operational excellence and service consistency.
- Lead, coach, and develop store teams to achieve performance and service standards.
- Drive sales growth through execution of campaigns, in-store initiatives, and customer engagement.
- Ensure product quality, hygiene, and food safety standards are consistently maintained across all stores.
- Monitor and control inventory levels to support smooth operations and minimize waste.
- Analyze sales performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve store results.
- Support expansion and continuous improvement initiatives across outlets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align operations with brand standards and business objectives.
- Manage budgeting, reporting, and operational planning processes.
- Proactively identify challenges and implement effective solutions with strong leadership and communication.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in multi-outlet Retail alcohol, F&B operations, preferably in a managerial role.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, especially in alcohol industry & service-oriented environments.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Work location at Jakarta Area and/or Bali Area.
