Area Manager (Jakarta & Bali)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple outlets, ensuring operational excellence and service consistency.
• Lead, coach, and develop store teams to achieve performance and service standards.
• Drive sales growth through execution of campaigns, in-store initiatives, and customer engagement.
• Ensure product quality, hygiene, and food safety standards are consistently maintained across all stores.
• Monitor and control inventory levels to support smooth operations and minimize waste.
• Analyze sales performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve store results.
• Support expansion and continuous improvement initiatives across outlets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align operations with brand standards and business objectives.
• Manage budgeting, reporting, and operational planning processes.
• Proactively identify challenges and implement effective solutions with strong leadership and communication.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in multi-outlet Retail alcohol, F&B operations, preferably in a managerial role.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, especially in alcohol industry & service-oriented environments.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Work location at Jakarta Area and/or Bali Area.
