Architectural Drafter
Responsibilities
- Prepare, revise, and develop architectural drawings and technical documentation from Design Development (DD) through Detailed Engineering Design (DED).
- Produce accurate architectural plans, layouts, sections, elevations, details, and construction drawings in accordance with project requirements.
- Implement design directions, mark-ups, and technical instructions from Architects and Engineers.
- Produce 3D models and renderings to support design reviews and client presentations, when required.
- Ensure all drawings comply with company standards, applicable codes, and project specifications.
- Verify drawing accuracy, dimensions, annotations, and technical information before submission.
- Manage drawing revisions, document control, and version updates throughout the project lifecycle.
- Proactively clarify unclear information with the project team to ensure drawing accuracy and completeness.
- Support project documentation using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit (if applicable), and AI productivity tools approved by the Company.
Requirements
- Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Drafting, Technical Drawing, or equivalent.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Drafter, Architectural Drafter, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of architectural drawing standards and basic construction detailing.
- Basic understanding of building construction methods and materials.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Proactive, collaborative, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
