Kualifikasi

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT, System Development, Digital Transformation, Automation, or AI implementation.
• Experience managing IT infrastructure in multi-site businesses is preferred.
• Hospitality or property industry experience is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, or similar AI platforms).
• Good understanding of networking, hardware, software, CCTV, and IT infrastructure.
• Knowledge of SQL, databases, and basic programming (Python or JavaScript is an advantage).
• Experience supporting PMS, POS, HRIS, Accounting Systems, or CRM is preferred.
• Willing to travel between company locations.

Tanggung Jawab

• Develop and maintain automated workflows using tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, APIs, Google Apps Script, Zapier, Make, or similar platforms.
• Integrate multiple business systems to improve data accuracy and efficiency.
• Manage and maintain network infrastructure, internet connectivity, Wi-Fi, CCTV, printers, computers, and other IT assets.
• Ensure the availability, security, and reliability of all IT systems.
• Perform hardware and software installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrades.
• Coordinate with external IT vendors when necessary.
• Maintain IT documentation, licenses, and asset inventory.
• Support implementation and integration of PMS, POS, Accounting Systems, HRIS, CRM, and other business applications.
• Develop internal digital tools to improve company operations.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across all business units.
• Produce analytical reports to support strategic decision-making.
• Implement cybersecurity best practices across all companies.
• Manage data backup and disaster recovery procedures.
• Train employees on AI tools and digital platforms.
