Tanggung Jawab Utama
- Lead engineering (AE, IE, ME, TE and FA), equipment management, and efficiency improvement activities.
- Develop engineering strategy and automation roadmap.
- Manage engineering team performance, project execution, and technical standards.
- Drive productivity and cost improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with regional and headquarters engineering teams.
- Support localization and technical capability development.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor degree or above in Engineering or Automation related field.
- Minimum 8 years experience in engineering management.
- Strong knowledge in AE, IE, ME, TE, FA, equipment management, and manufacturing systems.
- Proven leadership and project management capability.
- Fluent Mandarin and English, Bahasa Indonesian communication and must live in Batam Island
- Experience in multinational electronics manufacturing preferred.
