Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Manage and maintain budget submission data and related documents.
• Follow up on budget requests, procurement processes, and payments.
• Ensure procurement activities are carried out in accordance with company SOPs.
• Monitor LPBJ, QE, and budget accountability (LPJ) data.
• Coordinate with vendors and third parties regarding procurement needs.
• Ensure delivered goods match user requirements and purchase orders.
• Support periodic marketing asset stock-taking activities.

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in any major.
• Strong administrative and document management skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (Pivot Table and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.
