Persyaratan:

• Minimum education: Senior High School/Vocational High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) is preferred.
• At least 2 year of experience as a Warehouse Administrator or Logistics Administrator is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and possesses strong administrative skills.
• Able to work in a target-driven environment with good communication skills.
• Experienced in data processing and preparing administrative reports.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Input and update inventory data accurately in the system.
• Ensure all incoming and outgoing goods are recorded accurately.
• Prepare and manage warehouse operational documents, including delivery orders, shipping documents, and inventory reports.
• Conduct stock checks and reconcile physical inventory with system records.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse activity reports.
• Organize and maintain warehouse administrative documents in a systematic manner.
• Ensure all warehouse administrative processes comply with the company's Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
