ACCOUNTS & ADMIN EXECUTIVE (Working Location: Vanuatu)

Working Location: Vanuatu
*USD800-1000/month (Salary will be commensurate with experience & level of competency)
*Food, lodging and transportation will be provided by the Company

Job Responsibilities:

• To handle the full spectrum of the accounts work
• Provide general administrative support to the office and team
• Maintain filing systems and keep records organized
• Enter data for invoices, stock transactions, and sales orders
• Work closely with other departments to support daily operations when required
• Able to communicate well with Management & colleagues
• To generate daily reports on bank / cash movement, sales, delivery
• AR/AP/Banking / TT / Bank reconciliation / Payroll / GST + Wages Tax Submission
• Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Degree or Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Able to multi-task
• Full set of accounts for at least 5 years
• Must be meticulous, and accurate with figures
