Tentang Peran:
We are seeking an experienced Accountant & Tax Specialist to join PT. Jeedin Consulting Indonesia on a full-time basis. Based in Jakarta Barat, Jakarta Raya, this is a pivotal position that combines accounting expertise with specialised tax knowledge. You will play a crucial role in delivering comprehensive financial and tax solutions to our clients, ensuring compliance with Indonesian regulations whilst providing strategic guidance on tax planning and optimisation. This role is essential to maintaining our reputation as a trusted consulting partner and directly impacts the success of our client relationships and business growth.

Tanggung Jawab Utama:

• Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations
• Manage tax compliance matters, including the calculation, preparation and filing of corporate income tax returns, VAT returns and other tax obligations
• Conduct tax planning analysis to identify opportunities for tax efficiency and risk mitigation for clients
• Provide advisory services on Indonesian tax law, regulations and changes to clients across various industries
• Perform internal and external audit support, ensuring accurate financial records and regulatory compliance
• Reconcile accounts and investigate discrepancies in financial records
• Maintain detailed documentation and working papers for audit trails and compliance purposes
• Liaise with tax authorities and government agencies on behalf of clients when required
• Stay updated on changes to tax legislation and accounting standards, communicating updates to relevant stakeholders
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather necessary financial information and resolve accounting issues

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation or a related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in accounting and tax functions, preferably within a consulting firm or corporate environment
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax law, including income tax, VAT, payroll tax and other statutory obligations
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
• Excellent analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Strong understanding of Indonesian Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (SAK) and financial reporting standards
• Professional certification such as Bersertifikat Akuntansi Publik (BAP) or equivalent is highly desirable
• Fluency in Indonesian and English, both written and verbal
• Ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex tax and accounting matters clearly to clients
• Integrity and discretion when handling confidential client information
