We're looking for an Account Manager to join a leading consumer products company. This role focuses on managing dealer, distributor, and retail accounts to drive sales growth and expand market presence for home appliance products.

Tanggung Jawab

• Manage and develop relationships with dealers, distributors, and retail partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the distribution network.
• Drive sales performance and achieve assigned targets.
• Conduct regular visits to dealers and retail partners to strengthen business relationships.
• Plan and execute sales initiatives, promotions, and channel development activities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth product availability and customer satisfaction.
• Support brand activation and community engagement initiatives when required.

Persyaratan

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Account Management, Sales, Channel Sales, Business Development, or Retail Sales.
• Experience handling dealer, distributor, or retail accounts is preferred.
• Background in home appliances, consumer electronics, FMCG, or other consumer products is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Target-oriented and able to manage multiple accounts effectively.
