Responsibilities:
- Develop Channel Strategies: Collaborate with channel partners to create and execute joint go-to-market plans, aligning with our company's IT solutions and growth objectives
- Build Strong Partnerships: Establish and nurture deep relationships with key decision-makers at partner organizations, building trust and fostering a mutually beneficial environment
- Drive Sales Performance: Achieve ambitious sales targets through effective partner engagement, lead generation, and sales enablement activities, leveraging your knowledge of the IT landscape
- Partner Enablement: Equip our partners for success by providing comprehensive training, marketing materials, and resources, ensuring they are well-versed in our IT offerings
- Manage Channel Performance: Monitor and analyze partner performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to optimize their performance
- Forecast and Reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and detailed reports on channel performance, identifying trends and insights to inform strategic decisions
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with internal teams, including Marketing, and Product Management, to ensure seamless integration and alignment of channel efforts
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in channel management within the IT industry
- Strong track record of success in developing and managing strategic partnerships with technology providers, resellers, or distributors
- Deep understanding of the IT market, including technology trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to a diverse audience
- Proven negotiation skills and ability to build strong relationships with partners
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify actionable insights
- Proficiency in CRM systems and channel management tools
